All international shipping costs are calculated in Euros (€). Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping costs and may apply depending on the destination country and delivery address. Please check for any additional fees in your country before purchasing.

Shipping Times
We process online orders as quickly as possible, but no later than 48 hours after receipt. The shipment is sent directly from our Wild Heart Free Soul Showroom in Berlin.
We ship Monday to Friday via DHL.
EU orders are typically shipped via DHL Standard.

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following delivery times apply:
Germany: 3-5 business days
EU: 5-18 business days
International: up to 5 weeks
Please note: Deliveries are not made on Sundays and holidays.
If your order contains items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
