Store Manager (m/f/d) – Wild Heart Free Soul Showroom Berlin

your tasks

1. Store Management & Sales Strategy

• Responsibility for the entire operation of the showroom and the achievement of sales targets.
• Development and implementation of strategic sales plans to increase sales.
• Analysis of sales figures and derivation of optimization measures.
• Leadership and development of the team, including coaching and training.
• Implementation and further development of the Wild Heart Free Soul brand strategy in the showroom.

2. Premium customer service & sales

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with interior designers, collectors and private clients.
• Development of individual concepts for customers looking for kilims and interior pieces for their rooms.
• Conducting private shopping appointments & exclusive consultations.
• Ensuring an excellent customer experience, both in the showroom and online.

3. Showroom and product management

• Ensuring a high-quality, inspiring product presentation.
• Control of stocks, warehouse management and optimization of space presentation.
• Planning and implementation of events, pop-ups and collaborations.
• Supporting the team in online sales (webshop, customer communication via email, WhatsApp & social media).

4. Business Development & Marketing

• Identification and acquisition of new sales channels and cooperation partners.
• Representing Wild Heart Free Soul at trade fairs, design events and networking events.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop exciting storytelling concepts.

your profile

• Several years of experience in retail management, sales or business development.
• Passion for interior design, craftsmanship and storytelling.
• Entrepreneurial thinking & strategic skills.
• Experience in dealing with B2B customers & VIP customers.
• Confident use of digital tools (shop systems, CRM, social media).
• Fluent German and English skills.

your tasks

1. Consulting & Sales

• Personal advice in the showroom: Accompanying our customers in choosing their perfect kilim.
• Selling with storytelling: communicating the history and symbolism of our kilims.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Support with private shopping appointments & exclusive consultation sessions.

2. Showroom design & product care

• Ensuring a stylish, inspiring showroom presentation.
• Care of the goods and responsibility for optimal product presentation.
• Support with warehouse management and incoming goods inspection.

3. Online Sales & Customer Communication

• Processing customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email & webshop.
• Support in maintaining the online shop.
• Assistance with organizing and processing orders, returns and shipping.

4. Events & Marketing

• Support for events & pop-ups in the showroom.
• Creative contribution to social media content (e.g. stories about new finds).
• Collaborate with the team to develop exciting campaigns.

your profile

• Experience in retail, sales or customer service (premium/interior/fashion sector).
• Open, communicative and service-oriented personality.
• Passion for design, craftsmanship and aesthetics.
• Organized, committed and independent way of working.
• Confident use of digital tools (social media, online shop systems).
• Fluent in German and English.
